A Destination Town

Diversified Operations
Lodging, dining, hot springs, spa and exhibitions — multiple revenue lines in one complex.
About EB-5
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program
Created by the U.S. Congress in 1990, EB-5 allows foreign investors — together with a spouse and unmarried children under 21 — to pursue U.S. permanent residency by investing in a job-creating U.S. enterprise. Under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, the minimum investment is $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or $1,050,000 elsewhere, and each investment must create at least 10 full-time jobs.
